Pre-prepared eDNA sampling kits is the simplest way to get all the equipment you need to collect your samples in the correct way.

EnviroDNA is an Australian company that produces eDNA kits for water, soil and scat/diet sampling. Each eDNA sampling kit contains the instructions, disposable gloves and sampling equipment (e.g. sample tubes/syringes, preservative solution) needed for 1 site.

Nitrile gloves are preferred over latex gloves because nitrile is stronger and some people have allergic reactions to latex. Nitrile gloves can be bought in different sizes (small, medium, larger) from your local chemist/pharmacy.
